3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful planning and execution, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make decisions within agreed timelines
• Communicate any changes promptly

Delays in communication may impact service delivery.

4. Vendor Coordination

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, photographers).

• Breathe Events is not responsible for the performance, actions, or services of third-party vendors.
• Any agreements with vendors are between the client and the vendor directly.

5. Fees & Payments

• All fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract
• Payments are not processed through our website
• Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be agreed upon directly with the client
• Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Clients must provide written notice for cancellations
• Any refunds (if applicable) will be outlined in the service agreement
• Significant changes to the event scope may require adjustments to fees and timelines

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Breathe Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party vendors, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Illness or emergencies
• Venue cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust services where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, branding, and images, is the property of Breathe Events and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:
